Brisbane City Council Libraries

Brisbane City Council Library Service is the largest public library service in Australia with 32 branches including the new integrated Brisbane Square Library and Customer Centre. Brisbane residents are lifelong learners who make the most of the many pathways to learning and enjoy sharing their knowledge with each other. Brisbane libraries are vibrant community hubs where people learn easily in a rich exchange of experiences and ideas, connecting with each other in discussion and debate, relaxing on their own with a book, or using technologies to informally create and distribute their own material. Brisbane libraries have programs that support Council's vision for a sustainable, inclusive, safe, friendly and creative city for all Brisbane residents
